Saltigo offers deep expertise and robust capabilities in the production and processing of chlorinated organic intermediates, serving a wide range of applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Our dedicated infrastructure and process know-how enable efficient, safe, and scalable solutions for demanding chlorination steps.

- Multiple reaction lines for complex multistep syntheses
- Stirred tank reactors from 6 to 16 m³, made of Hastelloy, glass-lined steel and stainless steel

Saltigo offers broad flexibility in chlorination process development, with the ability to simulate various conditions under controlled laboratory environments:
- Chlorination with chlorine gas can be safely performed in our process development laboratories
- Alternative chlorination reagents — such as PCl₃, POCl₃, PCl₅, cyanuric chloride, SOCl₂, SO₂Cl₂, COCl₂, and oxalyl chloride — are also routinely handled
- Pressurized chlorination reactions (e.g., required for certain heteroaromatic compounds) can be carried out in our high pressure laboratories
