Our global compliance organization – comprising

  1. the Group Compliance Officer,
  2. the regional Compliance Officers,
  3. and a network of local Compliance Officers

– supports all areas of the company in implementing appropriate measures to counter unlawful or unethical conduct within the LANXESS Group at an early stage and to prevent misconduct.

The compliance organization is also available to all employees as a point of contact for any compliance-related issues. The direct reporting line from the Group Compliance Officer to the Board of Management guarantees that the Board of Management members receive regular information.
