
Compliance organization
LANXESS has established a global compliance management system (CMS) to appropriately and effectively ensure compliance throughout the LANXESS Group.
The CMS is supported by the compliance organization, which is made up of the Group Compliance Officer and a network of regional and local Compliance Officers. The compliance organization acts, in particular, as the central point of contact and provider of advice for all employees on all compliance-related issues.
Compliance Helpdesk
The Compliance Helpdesk is the first point of contact for employees with questions about compliance-related issues, such as accepting gifts or invitations and dealing with representatives of other companies or authorities. The experts in the Compliance department provide support and, if necessary, involve specialists from other Group Functions. External parties can also contact the Compliance Helpdesk via compliance-helpdesk@lanxess.com.
Transparent Complaints Procedure
LANXESS has implemented a standardized procedure for handling reports of potential misconduct that ensures the necessary data protection and confidentiality. The way in which reports are handled is described transparently in our complaints procedure.
