To enforce these standards, we have a global compliance organization, led by the Group Compliance Officer, and offer a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week anonymous SpeakUp® system for reporting violations.

We maintain a zero tolerance policy on corruption, prohibit personal gain in business and ensure transparency in political contributions. Suppliers are also held to these standards, with violations potentially leading to contract termination. In addition, we comply with anti-money laundering and sanctions regulations.
