At LANXESS, we are committed to respecting human rights throughout our operations and supply chain. Our compliance organisation, supported by the Group Compliance Officer and regional compliance officers, ensures adherence to ethical principles and legal standards. We have a zero-tolerance approach to corruption, as outlined in our Code of Conduct, and provide training to prevent misconduct. Employees and third parties can report concerns confidentially through our SpeakUp® system.

We actively conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with human rights standards, in particular under the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). Our Business Partner Code of Conduct sets out our expectations of suppliers, emphasising fair labour practices and environmental protection. We promote responsible supply chains through initiatives such as Together for Sustainability.

Human rights and ethical behaviour are central to our business and we report on our commitments in our Annual Report and Sustainability Report. Concerns can be reported via email or the SpeakUp® platform, ensuring transparency and accountability.
